About Frankie

I grew up in North Cornwall, shaped by movement, sport and adventure — from surfing on the U18 GB squad to kickboxing, big-wave surfing and deep-water spearfishing.


But it hasn’t all been simple. I’ve faced my own mental health challenges and spent years pushing myself too hard before learning how to rebuild.


Fitness became the anchor that helped me regain balance, confidence and direction. Now I use that experience to help others feel stronger, move better and make real, sustainable progress.

My Approach

How I work for 1-1 Personal training

I take a whole-body approach to training — looking at your joints, major muscle groups, and the smaller stabilising muscles in between. My goal is to help you get the most out of your body in the least amount of time, while keeping sessions safe, effective and tailored to you.

Each session blends deep stretching, functional strength, cardio conditioning, endurance work and injury-prevention — perfect if you want to move better, get stronger, feel fitter and build confidence without pressure.

We look at your movement, past injuries, confidence level and what you want to achieve — whether that’s getting fitter, getting stronger, losing weight, improving mobility or just feeling better day to day.
